Ritrými í Reykjavík / A New Page
Mengi, Óðinsgata 2, 101 Reykjavík Directions
Wed 02.09.2026 17:00
Welcome to the first Ritrými session after the summer break!
We’ll gather at Mengi to start a new season of community writing: exploring our writing practices, sharing our work, and exchanging ideas in a friendly and supportive space.
Bring your writing, a new notebook, or simply yourself. We’ll take some time to talk about our plans for the year, have a writing session (where you can work on your own projects or use some creative prompts), and finish with a short participants-only open mic. The meeting will be hosted by Ewa Marcinek, author and cultural organiser.
The session will be held in English, with optional support in Icelandic and Polish, and all languages are welcome!
Come as you are, and let’s start a new page together!
