Ticketing & Entry

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

• This is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.

• The vessel operates under NSW liquor licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Entry and service are subject to these laws.

Group Bookings

If purchasing tickets for other people, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring every guest receives and understands all event information, entry requirements, policies, terms and conditions before attending.

Failure by any guest to read or understand this information does not constitute grounds for a refund, credit or transfer.

Seating

This is a live concert cruise, not a seated dinner or theatre-style performance.

Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel but cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Personal chairs, stools or seating are not permitted onboard.

If guaranteed seating is essential for your enjoyment, this event may not be suitable.

Dress Code

Smart casual attire.

For guest safety, tall or narrow pointed heels are not permitted due to the vessel's stairways. Small chunky heels are welcome.

Accessibility

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue.

Due to the design of the wharf, gangway and vessel, wheelchair access is not available.

Guests should contact us prior to booking if they have mobility or accessibility questions.

Accessibility limitations do not constitute grounds for refund.

Bag Policy

Only small handbags or clutch bags are permitted.

Backpacks, large handbags, tote bags and oversized luggage are prohibited.

All permitted bags are subject to security inspection before boarding.

• Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will not receive refunds.

• Rain does not affect the operation of the cruise. MV Calmer has extensive indoor areas across multiple levels.

Photography, CCTV & Security

CCTV operates throughout the vessel for the safety of guests and crew.

Professional photography and videography may occur during the event. By attending, guests consent to the use of any images or footage for promotional, marketing and operational purposes without compensation.

Right of Refusal

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with venue policies, safety directions, Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements or applicable legislation.
