Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, singer/songwriter Angus Stone first garnered the public's attention as one half of the internationally successful sibling folk duo Angus & Julia Stone. With their distinctive vocal styles, Julia's breathy and ethereal and Angus' smoky and confident, the siblings released their debut album, A Book Like This, to critical acclaim in 2007. After the release of 2010's Down the Way, the pair began working on solo projects, with Julia issuing Memory Machine (2010) and By the Horns (2012), and Angus unveiling the feisty and rollicking Smoking Gun under the pseudonym Lady of the Sunshine before returning to more traditional country-folk-inflected territory with 2012's Broken Brights, which was released under his birth name. A third Angus & Julia Stone LP, produced by Rick Rubin and titled simply Angus & Julia Stone, arrived in 2014. Angus then retreated to his farm house and put together an album with a more electric, '90s slacker rock sound than on prior projects, born of jamming with friends in his recording studio on the property. Iconic musician, producer, director, and performance artist, Peaches first catapulted to stardom with her 2000 debut, The Teaches of Peaches, which introduced the world to her sexually transgressive, fiercely assertive & utterly captivating persona. Since then, Peaches has released 4 more trailblazing albums, won the prestigious Polaris Heritage Prize, collaborated with everyone from Iggy Pop and Daft Punk to Christina Aguilera and Yoko Ono, landed songs in cultural watermarks like Lost in Translation and The Handmaid’s Tale, and seen her work studied at universities around the world.

In addition to her musical output, Peaches has directed over 20 videos, co-curated a photo book of her life, created a host of immersive installations and performative works, and penned the electro-rock opera Peaches Does Herself, which was adapted into a film shown at over 70 festivals. The subject of two acclaimed documentaries, Peaches has also played the title role in Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo and Brecht’s The Seven Deadly Sins and continues to perform her widely lauded one-woman show, Peaches Christ Superstar.

Peaches’ first album in 10+ years entitled No Lube So Rude is set for release February 20, 2026. Peaches says of the new music “I want people to understand that they can still have a voice no matter who they are or what the world says about them. Now more than ever, there are so many forces that just want you to give up and be quiet. If this album can help you resist that, then that’s what it’s for.”

In a heartbeat Rikas turn an evening without a plan, a movie without a plot, into something unforgettable. They all sing, preferably involving anthemic backing vocals. Starting out from their hometown Stuttgart there they have already earned themselves an ever growing fanbase around Europe. Singles like “Overthinking” or “I Always Think Of You (When I Listen To This Song)” gathered millions of streams , Rikas became a live phenomenon in Germany and word of mouth started spreading across the borders. Performing over 300 shows including festivals such as Fusion Festival or MS Dockville in Hamburg and supporting artists like Milky Chance, Alt J or Alice Phoebe Lou around Europe they quickly gathered themselves a reputation. After releasing their debut album “Showtime” in late 2019 and a postponed tour Rikas found themselves in a writer’s block. With their single “Overthinking” in late 2020 and the following EP "Short Stories" they overcame that phase. In the year since the band have once again been at work, recording another new EP, Goodbye Sunshine, due out later this year. The band’s new EP also sees them collaborating with producer Jonathan Rado of Foxygen.
