Kuma Sagar & The Khwopa are a fusion music group dedicated to bringing Nepal’s rich musical heritage to new audiences by blending traditional Nepali music with contemporary sounds. Their music celebrates the depth, diversity, and timeless spirit of Nepalese culture while creating a fresh and engaging experience for today’s generation.

This year, they are coming to North Carolina to celebrate Indra Jatra, one of Nepal’s most vibrant and culturally significant festivals. The event offers the Nepalese community an opportunity to reconnect with the traditions, music, and memories of home—creating a sense of nostalgia and a truly “near-home” experience right here in North Carolina.

Designed as an all-ages, family-friendly celebration, the event welcomes everyone who appreciates Nepalese music, art, traditions, and culture.
