Dear Pirates!

Welcome to the joint Annual General Meeting of the Pirate Party, Pirates in Kópavogur, and Pirates in Reykjavík on October 10th, 2026.

The meeting will be held at Tjarnarbíó from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Online participation available.

Agenda for the Annual General Meeting (subject to change)

1. Election of a moderator and a secretary.

2. Presentation of the reports from the boards of Píratar, Píratar í Reykjavík, and Píratar í Kópavogi.

3. Presentation of the consolidated annual financial statements of Píratar, Píratar í Reykjavík, and Píratar í Kópavogi for approval.

4. Proposal for the dissolution of Píratar í Reykjavík association - discussion and decision.

5. Proposal for the dissolution of the Píratar í Kópavogur association - discussion and decision.

6. Proposal for the dissolution of inactive member associations of Píratar based on Article 10.5 of the bylaws of Píratar. Discussion and decision. Inactive member associations are: Pirates in the Northeast, Pirates in South Iceland and Pirates in Reykjanes.

7. Discussion and presentation of the new structure for tPíratar internal structure. Presented by the Chairperson of the Pirate Party, Oktavía Hrund Guðrúnar Jóns.

8. Amendments to the laws.

9. Elections. Election of a deputy chairperson for Píratar for one year, election of a vice-chairperson for one year, auditors, election committee.

10. The Chairperson of Píratar discusses the focus for the upcoming year.

11. Other business.
